Lewiston’s very first Arby’s opened in 1982 after 400 locals signed a petition to bring it to the valley. It won store of the year (twice). That resulted in the Clarkston and Orchards locations being born. 40 years later, we’re still here, still serving the same bold flavors the LC Valley asked for.

Where it all began.
Taco Time is where Happy Day started. In 1969, Bruce and Joy Finch opened Lewiston’s very first Taco Time with no restaurant experience and a whole lot of determination. Over 55 years later, we operate multiple Taco Time locations across the LC Valley, including the only fast food in the region that serves beer on tap.
