Happy Day is going “farm to table.” What’s the big deal? Well, we love feeding our guests fresh, delicious food. Due to the events of the last couple years, we’ve had a harder time getting those ingredients here in the Valley. This is ironic, since Idaho produces so much of the wheat, beef and vegetables that feed the world… yet we have to wait for it to navigate the global supply chain before it comes back here.
We believe local business is better for our economy, and locally grown food is better for our health. That means we’re committed to sourcing from local and regional farms.
