Spring is officially in full swing in the LC Valley, and April is bringing a calendar full of events to match. From local gatherings and seasonal celebrations to live entertainment and community happenings, there’s plenty going on throughout the month. The LC Valley is full of Easter Egg Hunts this year!
4.4 – Hells Canyon Grand Hotel @ 10 am
Join us for a fun filled Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4th, starting at 10 am!
Kids will be divided into age groups and hunting for eggs at different times and locations, ensuring everybody gets a fair chance to collect eggs.
10 am- Ages 0-3 on MJBarleyhopper’s Lawn
10:20 am- Ages 4-6 years on HCGH North West Lawn
10:40am- age 7-12 years on HCGH East Lawn
Plus, the Easter Bunny will be there for photos!
4.4-Orchards Community Church @ 10 am
Come join us for our Annual Egg Hunt here a Orchards Community Church.
There will be plenty of eggs, coffee, and carnival games!
Egg hunts happen in the following heats
Heat 1: 10 am (ages 0-2)
Heat 2: 10:20 am (ages 3-5)
Heat 3: 10:40 am (ages 6-8)
Heat 4: 11 am (ages 9-10)
4.4 -Lincoln Middle School @ 10 am
New Ground Alliance Church will be hosting our Annual Spring Celebration and Easter Egg Hunt at Lincoln Middle School! Bring your family and friends and enjoy the bounce house, obstacle course, “rollar coaster” rides, and the hunt!
The event is free!
4.4 Lewiston Center Eggstravaganza @ 10 am
The Lewiston Center Mall is having a FREE indoor family event! Bring the kids, grab their baskets, and get ready for a fun, passport-style Bunny Hop Card

4.4 Easter On The Farm @ 1 pm
A FREE family fun day filled with magical stations throughout the farm! No admission fee but you must pre-register by April 1st. Capacity is limited
4.4 Lindsey Creek Vineyards @ 2 pm
5,000+ eggs, juicy burgers fresh off the grill, and the debut of our Wine Slushies!
If you’re lucky, you might just catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny too, hopping through for a quick hello! There will be separate age hunts for ages 6 & under and / & up! Eggs can also have a hidden prize tickets (Some are just for adults so make sure you redeem thosel)
Palouse Balloons will be there with her signature balloon arches and dreamy backdrops for your perfect spring photos!
Lil Manz Doughnuts will also be there with some sweet treats!

Hells Canyon Outdoor Adventure Expo
Welcome to the Show! April 2-4, 2026, the Nez Perce County Fair Building will be filled with everything Outdoor Adventure related.

Get creative at Art Uncorked this month! With a variety of guided painting and art classes happening throughout the month, it’s the perfect chance to relax, learn something new, and take home your own masterpiece. Check out their calendar here!

EPIC Spaghetti Dinner
Join us in supporting the Clarkston EPIC Youth Coalition on April 11th at 5:00pm! Enjoy a delicious meal and help raise funds for our youth to be provided with incredible opportunities to learn how to make healthy life choices for a better Clarkston community!
Dinner tickets are $12.00 per person, and raffle tickets are $1.00 each. Tickets available for presale!
Dinner includes: Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread, Dessert, and Refreshments.

April 17, from 7-9 pm. Where your lucky card could win you beautiful plants! No reservations, just show up! Fresh blooms, lush greenery, Friday night vibes, drinks with friends, and of course… bingo! This is a 21+ event.

Art Under the Elms
April 17-19. In addition to showcasing 75 artisan vendors, Art Under the Elms features hands-on activities for children in the Children’s Art Tent, a variety of food vendors, pop-up art exhibits and outdoor art installations, a line-up of live music, dance, and theater performances, poetry and prose readings, and film screenings. The event is hosted on LC State’s scenic campus in Lewiston, ID.

Partnership For Kids
Valley businesses, restaurants, churches, and community organizations are coming together this April for the Partnership for Kids campaign. 2026 Seaport River Run
The 45th Annual Seaport River Run will be taking place on Saturday, April 29th.
Short Course: 2.9 miles (map included). Start at Swallows Nest Park (Clarkston, WA) and head North to Hells Gate Marina. Course will travel over Southway Bridge.
Long Course: 6.2 miles (map included). Start Swallows Nest Park (Clarkston, WA) and head North on Clarkston levee and cross over Interstate Bridge and head South along Lewiston levee to Hells Gate Marina.
Race Location: Swallows Nest Park, WA-129, Clarkston, WA
Race Lineup: 9:40am
Race Start: 10:00am
Pre-registration Packet Pickup: Lewiston Community Center, 1424 Main St. Lewiston, ID 4/26-28 between the hours of 8am-5pm
Late Registration and Packet Pickup: Swallows Nest Park Shelter. Late registration must take place before 8:40am (cash or check only)
Race day parking: Participants may park Swallows Nest Park (no fee). Shuttles will run from Hells Gate State Park to Swallows Nest after the conclusion of the race. If parking at Hells Gate State Park fees may apply (unless you have a Idaho State Parks Passport).
Finish Line: Hells Gate State Park, 5100 Hells Gate Rd. Lewiston, ID: We will host the same amenities as previous year. So, hang out and enjoy a beverage, music, and take a picture at our new finish line backdrop.
